The existing Scout Hall building will be completely refurbished & integrated into the Centre.
A safe, robust, dedicated space for use by a wide range of youth groups including Scouts, Guides, Police & other community youth programmes.
Easy internal access to the Auditorium, Courtyard & Library.
Can be used independently after Centre hours.

“Youth should not be treated in isolation. How do you make a park safer? Put the lights on and make it user-friendly for the rest of community. The Events Centre is the same concept. The Youth Centre will open the doors for a variety of activities to take place that Police and others can be involved in - anything can happen. The socialisation costs of preventing kids getting into trouble far outweigh the cost of the Centre – it’s a figure that can’t be measured.”
