Why do we need a new Centre?

Carterton has a shortage of community facilities – e.g. it has no Town Hall |

There is a lack of appropriate facilities for some activities |

Previous facilities were outdated and would not have served current or future generations |

Refurbishment of previous facilities was found not to be feasible |

There is a need to upgrade the important heritage library building |
Who will use the Centre?
There are many possibilities for use of the Centre, limited only by our imagination. Users include:
